Mary is a seasoned clinical resourcing leader with 18 years in talent acquisition, operations, and client services within the clinical research industry. She currently serves as Director of Resourcing Operations at Spark Clinical Research. Mary has a proven track record of developing high-performing teams, aligning staffing strategies with business goals, and ensuring smooth, effective processes from candidate sourcing to onboarding and beyond. She genuinely enjoys connecting with colleagues, supporting candidates throughout their interactions and assignments, and helping both clients and professionals thrive. She purposefully engages with each professional with care and builds long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates alike. Before joining Spark, Mary held key roles at Catalyst Clinical Research and Aptiv Solutions, gaining deep experience in workforce planning, HR operations, and contractor oversight. She’s known for her solutions-driven mindset, clear communication, and steady commitment to quality service. Mary holds a bachelor’s degree from Appalachian State University and lives in Holly Springs, NC, with her husband, Bryan; their two kids, Connor and Lilly; and their dog, Phoebe.
